I've been frequenting The Look Lab since their grand opening and I am absolutely blown away every time I leave! Cecile and Graci have done wonders to my skin. I am currently 58 years old walking around looking like i'm 35! (that's with 0 filler or botox.) The skin tightening facial and skin revitalization facial are magical !!! It's also such a beautiful, warm welcoming space. Staff always goes above and beyond to the best of their abilities!

I came to the look lab when I was in town, and was absolutely blown away! The staff was welcoming, and offered me tea (since they could tell I wasn't used to the cold). The skin analysis was incredibly thorough and they tailored my microneedle and CO2 treatments not only to my skin, but to my lifestyle as well. Alex did my microneedling treatments, and Mia did my botox, and now my face looks and feels fantastic, which has done wonders for my self esteem!

I had a Brilliance facial done yesterday with Chiara and I am blown away. The space itself is modern, sleek and very clean. I received a skin analysis (free) from Alex; she is very knowledgeable and advised me on what products to focus on based on my skin analysis results. I also received a few facial treatments from Mia; she was very pleasant and I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. You can tell these ladies are passionate about their work. The Vampire facial was so good, that it got rid of my crows feet along my eyes. I am an avid squinter due to having poor eyesight! Vampire facials helped minimize the crows feet, as well as some of my forehead wrinkles. Alex was also incredibly warm and welcoming. I've never met someone as easygoing with the kind of energy Alex possesses. Thank you so much for the facial Alex, I can now feel much more confident with my face glowing from the vampire facial! Definitely recommend this service and treatment to anyone suffering from wrinkles and signs of age, because it will really make a difference!

I had an amazing extraction facial and now I feel more in tune with my routine and product - which now is mostly Vivier. I love that Cecile really talked things out with me and incorporated what I already had and made solid suggestions. Love the customer service here. Ive followed Cecile and put my full trust in her and the Look lab.
From the second you walk in you can tell everything is super organized and clean! The washrooms are super clean same with the service rooms.
My facial with Mia was amazing! The extractor tool a nice touch instead of picking at my pores! I also loved the steam pod she used and the products felt so nice on my skin.

Went here to get my PRP treatment done, I was extremely nervous but Cecile & Mia answered all my questions before & after my procedure.
I was still very anxious on my appointment day but they both took their time and did an amazing job.
Overall the staff are very friendly/professional, and the office smells amazing!

I have now visited the Look Lab twice and have seen Alex. I loved the custom facial provided , I was truly in great hands with Alex who took the time to really understand my skincare needs. I enjoy the product lines used in particular skin ceuticals. I also tried the tempsure envy treatment around my eys which was fantastic as an altertnative to injectables. The results actually come to life over time and I felt my undereye area was less puffy and more smooth with zero down time. This is a great addition to the neighborhood for beauty and skincare needs.

So far, I've had a skin analysis, two IV drips and my first Tempsure facial tightening treatment. The first thing I appreciated was the amazing facility - so clean, bright and airy. Then immediately I realized that these people know their stuff. They're kind and friendly and taught me about my skin, my health and myself and they did so without any pressure. The skin analysis is an enlightening process and helped me understand the direction I need to go. And, they have an amazing range of products from the best brands (Skin-C, Vivier etc.)... all of the products I will need - and I can buy from their online store? Awesome. I recently discovered The Look Lab and am so incredibly thankful that I did. I came to Cecile for Laser Tattoo removal after many attempts at a well known studio in toronto. Within 1 session they removed more of my tattoo than any other place. The space is incredibly beautiful and the staff are all so kind and professional. I have a tattoo studio in the east end and will only refer them for removals of their past tattoos (not ones done with us) to The Look Lab. Thank you once again!
