I had a great experience at Toronto Family Hearing Clinic. The service was very professional. The audiologist not only answered all my questions, but also cleaned my ears very gently and effectively. My left ear was completely blocked, but she cleared it out quickly and painlessly. After the cleaning, my hearing was much clearer. My right ear was also cleaned very well. I felt that my left ear was even clearer than my right. When I expressed my concern, she was very patient and double-checked it for me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. I will also be recommending them on rednote.

We visited here last Friday for our daughters ear cleaning. Our experience here was amazing. The receptionist, Jemma, was very polite. Paxton, the audiologist was very patient with our daughter. Rarely, do we ever come across such caring and professional staff here in Ontario. She was informing us what she is doing through out the procedure. She wasnt irritated at all with my daughter AND she was very considerate when my daughter was putting her hijab back on when the procedure was done! Just wanted to let you all know that you guys are a great team. We might be back for our other two children! Thank you!

I went to get my hearing tested, Im a health care worker and a professional drummer. The staff were inviting, very nice, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have been using my new ear protection for my last few shows and they fit perfectly I dont feel like I have to adjust them while playing. I play freely without worry anymore, thank you again to the staff for understanding my needs and the comfortable treatment. An awesome experience !!

I had ear irrigation done by the audiologist, Paxton, and it was a very good experience. She was kind, professional, and explained the process in an easy to understand manner. At the end of the appointment, she offered advice on how to regularly care for one's ears. It was an overall positive experience and I would return in the future.

I had an appointment there just days ago due to some issues I had with my hearing aids. I thought something's wrong with my hearing aids and I was ready to say goodbye to thousands of dollars and buy new ones. Until Paxton, the audiologist who took care of my situation and examined my ears, found out it was just earwax causing some blockage. After cleaning my ears from wax (quite professionally and thoroughly, I must say), I felt a huge relief - the annoying feedback from my hearing aid disappeared and I can't thank her enough for that!
Paxton was admirably patient with me, expressed tremendous professionalism, knowledgeability and care while explaining to me everything she was going to do step by step. It definitely looked like Paxton was very prepared for every scenario.
Not only Paxton but also Alexis and Amelia from the staff were very nice to me and responsive by email as well.
Toronto Family Hearing is definitely my place to go if I ever have hearing-related issues again, and I'm also happy to have the opportunity to support a local businesses!

Great audiologist. Took my 5 year old and she been having difficulty hearing from one ear. Family doctor did nothing. Took her here and they did an amazing job. They dont push it if they think it will be uncomfortable. They told us what to do for 2 weeks, went back and took the ear wax right out. My daughter actually enjoyed visiting. Great receptionist and audiologist. Highly recommend

I went to the Yonge street location of this clinic and met Maha, one of the audiologists there. She had spend over one hour with me on the phone the day before answering all my questions, explaining my options, and making sure I not only understood, but also was satisfied. I was never pressured to make any kind of choice.
When I went in for my in-clinic appointment and again, Maha was so kind, professional and competent. I would very highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of hearing support!

I had a very positive and wonderful experience at Toronto Family Hearing.! I felt that Mahsa understood what I was talking about regarding the type of hearing aids I was looking for, and never once did I feel like I was pressured to go with a certain hearing aids. She really listened to me, which was refreshing! She was patient, compassionate, understanding and she really wanted to make sure I got the hearing aids that worked for me. Melissa was a whiz with adjusting and fine-tuning the settings on the hearing aids. I am very happy with the hearing aids I have, thanks to them. If you want hearing aids that sound like analog, or if you're looking for an audiologist - please go see Mahsa and Melissa!!
