I received full face & neck Microneedling from Amber twice now. Not knowing what to expect, Amber was a calming, reassuring & knowledgeable presence. What I particularly appreciate about Amber is how detailed and thorough she is providing the treatment. I have been to Vive three times now for the same treatment. I have worked both with Amber and with Charlotte and They are both simply amazing!They care about you and your happiness with your results. They are conscientious and kind and although you are there for an hour and a half you feel like you are visiting with a friend. The location is beautiful and you are greeted warmly and offered a drink and snack upon arrival. The front desk girls are also amazing! I always end up being late coming home because I end up chatting with them. If you want to go somewhere where you are treated like family, you feel they truly truly care about your happiness, are completely professional, and just have great results then You should be calling Vive!!!!

Ive had several services done by Charlene (facial peels, facials and microneedling) and shes been amazing. shes never hesitated to answer the million questions I always have before and after treatments. Im a little nervous with facial treatments and she explains everything while shes doing it step by step. Shes texted after treatments to follow up and make sure everything is healing well and im comfortable with it. 100% would recommend.

I started a series of Exion Face and Fractional RF Microneedling treatments, and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I noticed improvements in my skin after just a few sessions, and the skincare routine she recommended has also made a huge difference in my skins texture and appearance.

Always friendly and bright office . It is quick and , efficient . I usually get my appointments with Dr Novak but this time I had an appointment with Courtney. I have been a customer over 5 years and always find the staff very competent , friendly and professional . Cool Sculpting is an amazing technology. And the Vive Spa team members are so cohesive they made me feel at ease and that I was among friends.
My initial experience was pain free, even the freezing portion was well tolerated. There was a little pressure in the area the suction was applied to. After that, the treated area was tender when massaged briefly. Bruising and tenderness followed but the look and feel improved over time and fat loss was notable.
When I hadn't seen a friend in five days she gasped when she saw me, "You've lost weight!" The treated areas almost suddenly revealed a leaner me.
Months since the first treatment I finished the second round. This time after each cycle was completed there was intense discomfort for a short while. It was the pain you get when you freeze your teeth on ice-cream and wait for your teeth to warm up. The healing process repeated itself as mentioned above.
The Med Spa team provided information and anything I needed as they treated me.They always knew how I might feel and offered tips to ease the discomfort inthe sculpted area.
I have not hesitated to recommend Cool Sculpting to my friends. The sculpting process to a more confident you is well worth it!
