Dealt with the company over the course of 2 weeks. Gail was very pleasant to deal with and would answer any calls or messages promptly. The day of the appointment the crew showed up promptly and were very friendly and personable. The cleaned up after themselves and we're very professional. I highly recommend Polar Bear Spray Foam and their asbestos abatement program. I recently purchased a home on Manitoulin Island and this company was quick and easy to work with. As I was navigating the purchase of a home, an inspection revealed vermiculite in the attic (which can contain asbestos). This meant that we could not get home insurance, therefore we could not proceed with the purchase of our home. I was told by my realtor and inspector that this may delay the home purchase by a few months because of the lack of asbestos testing services available on Manitoulin Island. Thankfully, I found Polar Bear Spray Foam who were able to get the asbestos testing completed, with the results back to me, within FOUR business days!
