Since 2016, we have proudly provided professional insulation services to homeowners throughout Southern Ontario. Based in Markham, Pro Insulation Contracting serves the Greater Toronto Area with practical solutions designed to improve residential comfort and energy efficiency. Our services include attic insulation installation and removal, spray foam insulation, blown-in cellulose and fibreglass insulation, batt insulation, crawl space insulation, vapour barriers, air sealing, caulking, and drywall installation. We also provide garage ceiling insulation using fire-rated, moisture-resistant materials suitable for larger garages and commercial spaces. By offering insulation and drywall services together, we can complete multiple aspects of a project efficiently.
We recognize that every home has different insulation requirements, which is why we recommend solutions based on the propertys specific needs. For many older homes in the GTA, upgrading attic insulation is an effective way to address heat loss through inadequately insulated roof spaces. Spray foam provides another option by sealing air leaks that conventional blown-in and batt insulation may not adequately address. Our additional services include safe and sound blanket wrap and drill-and-fill insulation. We focus on providing suitable recommendations rather than encouraging unnecessary work. As a rebate-approved insulation contractor, we also help homeowners navigate available rebate opportunities. Our objective is to deliver dependable workmanship, clear communication, and effective insulation improvements that support comfortable indoor conditions throughout the year.

Services
We offer blown-in cellulose insulation for projects requiring effective thermal coverage and substantial recycled content. Its lightweight composition comes from processed recycled wood fibre, and the material is treated to provide fire-retardant properties. Proper installation is important because moisture exposure and subsequent settling can reduce durability and insulating effectiveness. We take settling into account during installation and recommend an insulation depth of 16 to 17 inches to support heat retention and potential utility bill savings.
We install fibreglass blown-in insulation to help homeowners maintain indoor heat and improve household energy efficiency. This insulation material incorporates recycled glass and sand, delivering sound-deadening benefits and cost-effective performance comparable in R-value to cellulose. It can also be used alongside spray foam insulation in various applications. Before proceeding, we recommend correcting existing leaks, while additional airtightness measures or air barriers may be necessary.
We provide professional attic insulation removal to improve your home's energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Our certified team safely extracts aged, contaminated, and vermiculite insulation using industrial-strength PVC suction systems. Following a thorough assessment, we remove and dispose of materials responsibly, helping reduce potential health hazards, prevent moisture problems, and prepare your attic for modern insulation upgrades.
We provide professional drywall installation for walls, ceilings, and architectural features such as arches and eaves. Drywall offers a durable, practical surface that helps reduce noise, provides a barrier against outside elements, and supports additional insulation. Our service includes optional taping to reinforce joints and maintain a smooth finish. We also accommodate different drywall types, including moisture-resistant and fire-resistant options.
We offer high-performance spray foam insulation for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, using Insulthane Extreme by Elastochem. Available in high-density 2 lb and low-density 1/2 lb types, our insulation provides thermal protection and an effective air barrier. Applications across walls, floors, ceilings, and other building spaces help reduce heat transfer, support moisture management, improve comfort, and contribute to lasting structural protection.
We provide professional garage ceiling insulation for large garages, residential developments, and commercial construction projects. Our mineral wool insulation systems improve thermal efficiency, reduce noise transmission, and support fire safety requirements. Designed to meet applicable Ontario Building Code standards, our installations incorporate durable facings and reliable sealing methods. We complete large-scale projects efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
Our vapour barrier installation service helps manage moisture movement throughout residential buildings. We use suitable vapour control materials to reduce the risk of condensation and moisture buildup within walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. Because different building conditions require different approaches, vapour retarders must be selected and installed appropriately, with ventilation remaining essential to effective moisture management.
We provide blanket wrap insulation to help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and improve energy efficiency. Available in materials such as fibreglass, mineral wool, and natural fibres, this insulation can be installed in walls, floors, ceilings, and attics. Its adaptable design accommodates structural components, while various thicknesses and R-values allow us to meet different insulation requirements.
We provide drill-and-fill insulation to improve residential energy efficiency and help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year. Our retrofit method accommodates installation from either the interior or exterior, depending on accessibility. Cellulose insulation is blown into wall cavities through small drilled openings, filling empty spaces effectively. Once complete, the openings are patched, and the improved R-values support energy savings.

The team was super professional and on time. They did thorough inspection and recommended necessary things to be done. Not over-estimating or trying to add things additionally. Was very pleased with their conduct.
Next on the insulation day, they were on-time and actually finished the work without any hassle. Did the mold treatment, baffle installation and insulation top-up. Also secured our hatch with weather stripping. Pricing was in our budget and considerable. We found the team really good to work with. Will highly recommend them for attic insulation work. Thank you team!

The entire process, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project, was exceptionally smooth. Team was professional and efficient throughout the attic insulation service. We truly appreciated the clear communication we received at every step. The difference before and after the insulation was quite noticeable. It's reassuring to have this important upgrade completed so well. We would certainly recommend their services to others. Thank you for a job well done.

We have had our attic insulated a few months ago, and we are very happy to say that after the insulation our top floor feels cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter. A great improvement from before the insulation! Pro Insulation Contracting answered all our questions, came in a timely manner, and did the work efficiently and neatly. I have just referred them to a friend.

I recently had the chance of working with pro insulation company for the insulation, drywall, and taping work on our project.
The job was completed in a timely manner, with great attention to detail such highlighted in the permit drawing.
Mike knew well the ontario building code, which not need to remind him or his crews those code where we have to switch to closed cell spray foam such as insulation the pipes or pocket joists or spaces that we couldnt accommodate it with bath insulation.
Its rare to find a team that combines skill, reliability, and clear communication so well.

Very good company to be dealing with for your attic insulation needs. Very professional and able to answer all questions. The price is extremely fair. Service is very worth it. So far, our cold spots in the highest floor have been eliminated or balanced out. Longer overall temperature hold for sure. My smart heater turned on less early (for those who use this feature). Seems like its already working. Cant wait for the extremely cold and hot days to benefit more so. Overall, im very happy. Will recommend dealing with these guys. Very nice people too. Installation was quite clean and efficient.

We hired Pro Insulation to spray foam and insulate an extension in downtown Toronto. The job was completed on time and according to the contract. The workers had difficulty finding parking but waited for us for about an hour to make space, which helped us finish the project on time.
Thanks so much for the work
