Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Front desk staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. Didnt have to wait long to see the vet, he was awesome. Thorough but didnt try to upsell. They all handled my cat with care gave her excellent treatment and being a first time cat guardian he gave me a lot of helpful information. Its a bit of a drive from home but worth it! They also do a lot of work with animal rescue organizations. Tip* make an appointment earlier in the day so youre less likely to be kept waiting. If youre looking for a new vet I would give them a chance

TERRIBLE, absolutely terrible and unprofessional receptionist. I asked if I can bring my pet bird in and she said we dont take birds and as I was talking she hung up on me. I called back many times and she would pick up and hang up the phone. This was on dec 17 around 8:20 am. So so so unprofessional. Its too bad if the vets are good here because I will NOT recommend this place to anyone because of the receptionist. I dont want anyone to get treated like she treated me

Dr. Rana repaired a primary cleft palate & lip on one of my 5 month old Golden Retriever puppies. I was so impressed with Dr. Rana's skills, experience and results, words cannot express how grateful I am for him and his staff. As a breeder it is important that I have a vet with the skills, experience, knowledge and professionalism to work with me, my dogs and puppies. Dr. Rana and his staff continue to delivery the best for me and my dogs. I highly recommend Apex Animal Hospital as your Veterinarian of choice.
