I am Dr. Brett Carter, I graduated from Chiropractic School in 1990 and our office has been delivering quality chiropractic care to North East Winnipeg since 1991. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
