I am new to Edmonton. When I first brought my tiny Shih Poo puppy to them he was very shy and scared. It was especially tough oh my puppy and me as COVID was in full swing and I had to wait outside while my puppy got his first exam. The Doctor told me to bring him around about once a week before his next visit or he could end up with a life long fear of vet clinics. I really appreciate how the staff would take time out at lunch to stop and socialise with my little puppy, and on the next visit for booster shots the Doctor commented that I had done a wonderful job socializing my puppy. Upon finding out I needed to euthanize my ginger hellion, Gus Gus, I decided to look for a new vet (I was not happy with my previous one). The Littlejohn's are amazing people. Their staff are wonderful. They made this painful experience a little more easy to bare.
