I called to make an appointment for an emergency extraction due an abcess that has not gone away with more than 3 weeks of antibiotic treatment. At this point it's dangerous.. I'm on ODSP.. and they flat out told me that because of the type of coverage that I am they are prioritizing private insurance. We all know they pay more so it's clear what they are in business for. Absolutely disgusting.

Dr Navaneelan and her staff are absolutely incredible. They go out of their way to make my daughter, who has non verbal autism, extremely cared for and relaxed. I had a tooth removed yesterday and my anxiety was through the roof. The care and comfort I received by everyone was amazing. ❤️

I was in for an appointment to have my front teeth restored dr Karen and her assistant did amazing work. My teeth were in bad shape and looked awful. After 45 minutes in the chair my smile was greatly improved. The procedure was painless and it really improved my confidence in my smile. Many thanks to everyone at the office. The women at reception were polite courteous and professional and dr Karen is truly a skilled gifted talented dentist. I have never had a better dental experience in my life. Thankyou very much
