Claude does not respect the livelihoods of the tenants of the places that he is trying to sell. Claude seems to be aware of the legal bare minimum that he must give tenants 24 hours notice that he will show up at a given time, but he steadfastly refuses to ask if x time would be acceptable. As a tenant, It is clear that Claude's lack of professionalism towards myself and my family means that Claude does not respect people unless they are in a direct position to give him money. As a buyer or a seller, if you would like a realtor who is willing to do more than the legal bare minimum to accomodate
