Osteopathy
We integrate osteopathic principles to treat musculoskeletal conditions through craniosacral, visceral, and musculoskeletal techniques. Our practitioners address bodily imbalances by restoring proper function to tissues and systems. This holistic approach promotes natural healing by improving fluid circulation and structural alignment across the entire body.

Specialized treatments for athletes focus on injury prevention and performance enhancement through targeted soft tissue manipulation. Our sports massage techniques improve flexibility, reduce recovery time, and enhance athletic performance. This service combines neuromuscular therapy with functional movement assessment to address sports-related musculoskeletal concerns.
Rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehabilitation programs combine manual therapy with personalized exercise prescriptions for post-injury recovery. We develop progressive treatment plans that restore function and prevent future injuries. Our approach integrates therapeutic exercises with manual techniques to rebuild strength and improve joint mobility during the recovery process.

Colleen is perhaps the best rmt I have ever worked with. It has been almost year since I started my weekly/ biweekly treatment with her after getting hit by a car while cycling. The first day she took a long time thoroughly examining my injury, I wondered why, and I was shown why. This is not one of your typical spa experience. Like it hurts, like it really really hurts, but when a treatment is done, you are reborn a fresh man.

John is an excellent, professional and knowledgeable therapist. Came here with a shoulder pain that had been troubling me for a week, and after just one 45-min session I already felt so much better and quickly recovered. Came back after a week for a quick 30-min session, and John told me to return for more sessions only if the pain comes back. Highly recommend this place.

Colleen Schmitt is wonderful as she is warm and caring because she takes time out to listen. She is excellent and I refer to her as dr feel good. I had knee pain and she worked her magic. During each session Colleen is 100 % hands on and as a result I walk out of her office EVERY TIME feeling much better. :-)
