In preparation for your first visit please print out and complete the Clearview Chiropractic Health History or Child Chiropractic Health History (for children under 8 years of age). Please bring any relevant documentation including list of medications and results of any recent tests. At the beginning of your first visit you will meet with the doctor to review your health history and go over your health and wellness goals.

I've had a few interesting things happen with a couple of the emergency patients I've seen this week. One, a nurse, had been suffering with. How this slice of pizza shaped muscle in your butt may be contributing to your low back pain. Does this picture look familiar?
