When a part of the body is injured or compromised, the whole body is affected. Pain in one area causes another area to work harder in order to compensate. This results in a chain of imbalances through your body. By listening carefully and assessing thoroughly in 60 or 30 minute, one-on-one sessions, our therapists seeks to diagnose and treat the underlying cause of your injury which sometimes isn't solely where the pain is.
Conditions treated will vary from person to person. Many times there is pain but sometimes it's limited range of function though there's no pain. Through the use of various manual and manipulative "hands on" therapy, individualized exercise prescriptions, our therapists will help you restore function and movement, decrease pain and enhance physical performance.

She teaches me great at-home exercises that help strengthen my muscles and I do notice a difference ever since I started.
