EDO offers a combination of traditional cuisine, called Washoku, and contemporary Japanese cuisine called Seiyo-ryori (European influenced Japanese techniques). Menus feature fresh, high quality and seasonal ingredients. Main courses include the traditional and exquisitely prepared miso-marinated black cod and grilled Angus steak teriyaki as well as crispy tempura.

Generally served cold, Junmai Daiginjo have a rice polishing standard of 40% removal and 60% remaining. Light, smooth and rich type. Very clean, almost watermelon-tined nose, round and quite impressive in the mouth, with a vibrant, crisp finish. Super premium Junmai Daigingo sake from Niigata.
