Benile was amazing! She has such a wonderful touch, made me feel as comfortable as I could and has literally put me to sleep after letting my mask sit. Will definitely come here again!

I have been going to Balsam Spa since 2015 for various services, such as eyebrow threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures and facials. I wouldnt imagine going anywhere else. The staff are beyond friendly and take the time to make you feel comfortable. Not only that but the service is always amazing. My pedicures last for months and my eyebrows are always shaped so nicely. My mom and I love coming to this place!

My visit to Balsam Spa in Newmarket for a pedi was a real treat! I was a bit nervous at first, because I have avoided spas and salons since COVID, but quickly felt at ease by the obvious care and steps taken to protect guests.
Brandy did a beautiful job on my toes and her foot and calf massage left me feeling so relaxed. Unfortunately, the colour I chose was out of stock, but the substitution was close. My only wish was that the seating was a bit more comfy.
