Report
Report the accident to your insurance company. You will be required to complete an AB-1 Form, which must be submitted within 10 business days of your accident. The form can be provided to you by your insurer; if not, we have the form available for you. You may choose whether you would prefer a Physiotherapist or a Chiropractor to be your primary health care practitioner (who will complete your initial assessment and manage your care plan).

Very friendly and professional team. The facility is well maintained and hygiene is very important to the staff. Dr. Kim is a very engaged and kind individual with a wealth of knowledge. He explains each step as he goes to provide context as well as to prepare the patient for any discomforts. A little hard to find, but very professional.

Both Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are primary health professionals. As such, you do NOT need a physician's referral to see one of our physios or chiros. However, you might require a doctor referral for submitting your claim to an Extended Health Benefits plan, in order to get reimbursed.
Chiropractic services are partially covered for Alberta seniors enrolled in the Coverage for Seniors health benefit plan (sponsored by Alberta Health and administered by Alberta Blue Cross).We have designated handicap parking spaces, accessible bathroom, and elevator in the building for your convenience.
