I just recently had an encounter with Sheila. Without going into too much detail I was belittled and made a fool of at her own expense, in which she felt the need to involve others in order to try and ridicule me. She was extremely demeaning towards me even flexing her title around, at one point claiming to be a trauma surgeon and didn't have time to "deal with me". I don't normally post reviews, especially bad reviews for that matter, but the treatment and service I was provided by Dr.Sheila was simply distasteful! the only reason I'm posting this review is for people to realize the kind of person

When I first came to the spa, I was treated with kindness and welcomed and the esthetician made me feel comfortable. Obviously due to the pandemic and increased cases, I cancelled two laser appointments as I was feeling sick and on edge. When I informed the spa the first time she understood and moved my appointment but the second time I woke up with headaches And extreme fatigue so I decided to cancel the appointment and obviously waking up to that feeling didn't give me the opportunity to give a 48 hr notice (as I woke up the same day of the appointment feeling off). I've gone for 3 laser treatments so far over the course of several months and I am so glad I chose Vistoso! Sheila made me feel very comfortable right from the consultation appointment and answered all of my questions. Didn't try to bs me with any details or prices. I would highly recommend her!

Highly recommend going to see Sheila at Vistoso Med Spa! I purchased a package with her back in February and started my treatments before the clinic closed due to Covid-19. Once she was able to re-open I booked my appointment right away and felt extremely safe with the safety precautions and sanitation protocols in place. She's also super professional and great to talk to during the appointments.
