Services
Massage Therapy
Our registered massage therapists use manual soft tissue manipulation to alleviate muscular tension and improve joint mobility. Treatment techniques include deep tissue work, cupping, and lymphatic drainage. Each session begins with a comprehensive assessment to address specific conditions like chronic pain, sports injuries, or stress-related tension. Therapists integrate evidence-based approaches with personalized care to enhance physical function and promote relaxation through the body's natural healing processes.
Acupuncture
This traditional Chinese medicine practice involves precise needle insertion at meridian points to restore energy flow and stimulate healing. Our registered acupuncturists address conditions like chronic pain, migraines, and stress disorders by combining acupuncture with complementary techniques such as moxibustion and electrostimulation. Treatments aim to balance physiological systems while addressing both symptoms and underlying health imbalances through individualized treatment protocols.
Osteopathy
Osteopathic manual therapy focuses on improving fluid circulation and removing structural restrictions through gentle joint and tissue manipulation. Practitioners assess postural imbalances and organ mobility to develop treatment plans addressing musculoskeletal pain and systemic health issues. The non-invasive approach emphasizes the body's interconnected systems to enhance self-regulatory mechanisms and promote long-term wellness.
Craniosacral Therapy
This gentle technique involves subtle manipulation of cranial bones and sacrum to optimize cerebrospinal fluid flow. Practitioners use light touch to release restrictions in the central nervous system, addressing conditions like chronic headaches, TMJ disorders, and stress-related conditions. The therapy promotes deep relaxation while supporting neurological function and structural alignment through the body's inherent healing rhythms.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy creates localized suction to increase blood flow and release muscle tension through traditional fire cupping techniques. This modality addresses myofascial pain, improves circulation, and facilitates toxin removal while leaving temporary therapeutic marks on the skin. Practitioners strategically place glass cups to target specific areas of chronic tightness or injury recovery needs.

Carleen is the best! She gives so much care and compassion towards her clients. She has been instrumental in my journey towards better health. Not only are her acupuncture treatments providing much physical and mental relief, she is a wealth of knowledge and I value our conversations the most. Thank you for such great care Carleen!

I had my first prenatal massage, and first ever massage at Muscle Elements and it was absolutely fantastic!! My experience started off great when I walked in the door to a smiling and welcoming receptionist! My massage from Melanie was something straight out of heaven! She made sure I was comfortable with different pillows and also properly draped. She made sure I was ok with an incredible cinnamon massage lotion and she used hot stones and warm towels throughout my massage. I will definitely be going back!

Katherine Picard was incredible, I loved my previous providers but my appointment today was easily the best acupuncture treatment I have had! She was a great facilitator and practitioner - she asked lots of questions, explained what she was doing, and provided the opportunity for feedback. She made sure I was comfortable both mentally and physically. She is extremely personable and easy to talk with. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her!

Pretty disappointed. The welcoming in there was nothing. Not a Hi or anything. She just looked at me and raised eyebrows. So I said my name. She said this way, and stood there. Guess she meant there was rooms behind the counter. Figured that out after she said 'this way' again. Rude entrance in my opinion. As per the treatment, it was blah. I've had acupuncture many times before, and they commonly feel around to find spots that need the needle. This lady was faster then a sports car going down the highway. Stuck cups on my back, main reason I went there, and 2 needles in my neck

I was referred to Trudi for acupuncture by a midwife. I had never had cupping or acupuncture before and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful experience overall. Every appointment I left feeling refreshed and energized, and that's saying a lot when you're in the last weeks of pregnancy.
