So happy we left this dental practice. The Clinical Manager is horrific and needs to be replaced in order for more clients to WANT to come back. We switched over a year ago and have had no issues with the new dental practice and we are a busy family of 5. Wish I could give it 0/5!!!!

They promise me on phone for a price and after finishing the treatment charged me a high price . When I spoke about it the receptionist said I misunderstood her . They can't stick to their price. They book u for another appointment so they can charge u again with a higher price by giving u discount but actually the price is already being overcharged .do not even deserve one star.
Upset with the visit and will never go again.

If I could rate it one star believe me, I would. Was here a couple weeks ago for a standard checkup, nothing too major, and the receptionist made me feel like I was such a burden to be their customer. Greeted with a poor attempt of a smile, she quickly became belligerent with me after I asked a question, telling me to "wait until I'm not busy" and then finally only answering me after I persisted twice more. I could let it slide, but two of my friends have been here before and both mentioned a bad experience with the receptionist. Management needs to seriously consider a replacement, I will not
