Services
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) addresses chronic pain by releasing fascial restrictions in the craniosacral system. This gentle, hands-on method improves central nervous system function, alleviating migraines, neck/back pain, and vertigo. CST is suitable for all ages, including infants and seniors.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation targets restrictions in organ-supporting tissues to relieve referred pain. This technique treats chronic back/neck pain, digestive disorders, and fibromyalgia by restoring organ mobility and reducing systemic tension through gentle manual adjustments.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release alleviates pain caused by fascial restrictions from trauma or repetitive strain. By elongating connective tissue, this therapy improves mobility and reduces chronic pain in areas like shoulders, hips, and the spine.
Feldenkrais Method
The Feldenkrais Method enhances movement efficiency through guided awareness and gentle exercises. It improves flexibility, coordination, and posture while addressing chronic pain and neurological conditions through neuromuscular re-education.
Anat Baniel Method
The Anat Baniel Method uses movement-based neuroplasticity to improve brain-body coordination. It benefits stroke recovery, developmental disabilities, and chronic pain by creating new neural pathways for enhanced physical function.

Thank you to Bob at Jericho Physio for helping me to slow down and listen to what my body is trying to tell me. You have put me back together every single time! The way the entire team treats their patients is pure expertise of understanding how the body works.

Big shout out to Harsharn Gill at Jericho Physio who helped to prepare my body for a soccer tourney in the World Masters Games in New Zealand April 21-April 30. We won the bronze in our age category!! :) Harsharn worked on me prior to the trip and used many different modalities of treatment, including IMS, which was incredibly effective for treating my knees. I made it through the 7 game tourney pain free!!! Thank you Harsharn! You rock! :)

Experienced PTs. They mainly use manual hands-on treatment as opposed to just putting a machine on you. Same location for probably 20 years and a few of the PTs been there for a long time as well.

I have some very complex and chronic health problems, and I have been seeing Bev Kosuljandic at Jericho Physio for three years now. I can't tell you how much she has helped me. My pain levels have been reduced dramatically thanks to her treatments. Not only do her treatments help me on the day I see her, but I have been making steady and measurable progress since I started seeing her three years ago. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is incredibly talented, compassionate, kind and funny, which really helps when you're in a lot of pain! She books well in advance

Got hit hard playing beer league hockey, other than a sore neck I just shrugged it off and continued about daily life with an annoying pain in my neck. The pain got annoying enough to see an acupuncturist, but the pain persisted. One day, I woke up with the room violently spinning and knew I had to see a Doctor. After many tests and a prescription to try to stop dizziness, in the end the doctor said I was fine.
Weeks went by, and the violent spinning became more regular, I was convinced I had developed Vertigo. I went and saw David Bailey at Jericho Sports and after a subtle touch on my neck
