Krista graduated from Brock University with a degree in physical education and kinesiology with honours. After graduating from university, Krista attended and completed a degree in massage therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2010.

Chiropractors are primary health care providers who diagnose and treat disorders related to the musculoskeletal system. Treatments include a variety of therapies that are tailored to the needs of each patient. At The Coach House Therapeutic Centre, our chiropractor uses a combination of spinal adjustments, myofascial release techniques, medical acupuncture, and rehabilitative exercise prescription when providing patient care.

Both The Coach House + Three Tides Wellness are excited to be raising money for a charitable organization close to our hearts, National Service Dogs. To help him reach his goal faster, we will be collecting donations in both our clinics too! For every donation of $5, you will receive a ballot for the naming draw- when we get to $1500 we will draw names and the winner will get to name a Service puppy!
