I had an amazing experience at Sabai Thai Spa! I went there on my birthday to pamper myself and do not regret my decision cause I had an amazing experience. The person doing my treatments was really profesional and checked with me regarding pressure and comfort. I almost felt asleep and left super relaxed. The ladies at the reception were also sper profesional and you receive very clear instructions prior to your appointment which I found this very helpful and convenient during this times. Even though this place is located in a very busy area, I didnt hear any noice but the relaxing music

Overall this Center is one the best ones in BC. I like the interior design and staff attitude. I got 90 mins balancing spa , the masseur was pro and I'm happy with her work. However, the massage room was not quiet and there is a lot of noise hearing from outside, it was chilly as well so I wasn't 100% comfortable during the massage.

Like the place as it was clean and quiet. Massage in compare with my experience in other countries wasn't perfect but honestly in comparison with all I had in Vancouver, it stands in top 3 and I will back for Charlie and oil massage again!

Sabai Thai Spa has 5 branches in Vancouver.

Locations are North Van, West Van, Downtown, New Westminster, & Port Coquitlam. The size of the places is not that big and its cramped inside.

Masseurs & masseuses are not necessarily Thai. There are different nationalities. One of the issues was the voice of new customers coming in talking to the reception in the middle of your relaxation massage. Also, sometimes you could hear the sound of cars passing by.

I hadn't been for a massage in probably 2 years and this was SUCH a wonderful and relaxing experience. I needed deep tissue massage and the staff at booking were able to set me up with a great promotion they had going on. The masseuse used just the right pressure and worked really hard to get my tough knots out of my shoulders. Can't wait to go again.

We showed up for our massage session and their therapist did not show up. The front receptionist, Tan called the therapist, Katrina, who never picked up her phone. Terrible experience. We hope to hear back from the owner, Neata.
