My whole family go to Dr. Gibbs for over 10 years, he is very knowledgeable and always want the best for his patients. He is very caring and talk to his client like his friend and he take his time to make sure we understand our condition and give us different options to solve our problem. He recently hire his new reception lady and she is amazing compare to the previous one. Late review.... but still valid. They used to be my personal dentist, and then my family dentist for years. But I moved around a lot so sometimes it was years between appointments. I moved again about 3 years ago and needed 4 sets of recent x-rays that were done just prior to moving. Which technically are my property. I own them. But they refused to send them? Remember this is after knowing them for 20 years? I just thought that the character display would be well appreciated by some.

Dr. Gibbs is an amazing dentist. If you want a dentist who's friendly, caring, and exceptional at their job - I highly recommend him. Been going to Dr. Gibbs for almost two years and I honestly haven't had one bad experience with him. I'm currently fixing my smile, along with my son. Best decision ever when it comes to my teeth. I'm so happy I found him.

Booked over the phone for a examination and cleaning. When I got in I was informed otherwise, that the one hour window was not enough time for cleaning and I had to book a follow up appointment for it. Horrible how I was told different things at different times and everything cannot be done at once. Why am I expected to take multiple days off work for the most ordinary appointments??? Then was told Well do as much as we can within the hour, Great standard of service. :/
