I went to aspire physio for my neck in the beginning of january , i had severe pain in neck radiating to my shoulder and arm. Aman saw me and created a customized treatment therapy. With in few appointments my neck and arm psin reduced, function improved with exercises. I liked the way aman and his staff took care of me. Totally recommended...

I have recently been seeing Aman and his assistant Haley for pain in the right side of my lower back and glute. Just after the first treatment I felt much better. Aman is very thorough and took the time to explain why I was feeling this pain and provided me with exercises and stretches that have definitely been helpful. Treatment left me feeling less tight and more functional. Thanks Aman and Haley! I highly recommend Aspire Physiotherapy :)

I had a wonderful experience at Aspire Physiotherapy. From limping in with incredible siatic nerve pain down my leg to complete recovery in 4 weeks was amazing! Troy sympathetically listened to my symptoms and sleep issues and developed a treatment plan and home exercise regimen that brought about progressive improvement. He recognised the area at issue in my spine before x-rays confirmed it. Carlos and Rae were also welcoming and warm.
