My boyfriend has visited this hair salon three times and has always been very happy with the service and quality of his hair cut. Kuts and Jin were both very skilled and friendly hair stylists. I went there 2 weeks ago for a root perm and it was good. The hairstylist recommended me to have layer hair if i want more volume so I decided to go back but they assigned a different hairstylist not the one that was talking to me and i was surprised but considering my previous experience I assumed he was as good as her. I showed him multiple pictures of the hair i wanted and he said the pics were blow out and used curling iron so i have to use them if i want it to look like that. He also said if i want layer with volume i need to cut short (my hair was medium length). I previously had a long bob

My hair was medium/long when I came in. I asked for a haircut with someone who's knowledgeable on womens haircut and they said that everybody there had the same level of expertise. I showed the hairstylist a photo of a longbob and said that I wanted to keep the length but make the angle that defines the longbob cut. He seemed nervous and like he wasn't sure of what his was doing and cut my hair straight and very short. I felt like crying and wanted to go home after, but another guy who looks like the manager asked me to try to fix my hair. I said okay and he made a couple of layers and

I looked up a bunch of different salons in my area and decided on Luxor. I was initially hesitant because of the price, but I think for Vancouver it's probably quite reasonable?! Regardless, I left very satisfied and will definitely go back! Kats is a great stylist, and made the experience very relaxing! Thanks Kats!
