PROREIT was cofounded in 2013 by CEO James W. Beckerleg and CFO Gordon Lawlor, with the goal of building a mid-cap, diversified commercial REIT in Canada. PROREIT started with one property and has grown rapidly, with a portfolio of over 90 high-quality properties in regions across Canada today. We have built our portfolio of assets with the objective of diversifying our properties, both in terms of asset class and geography.
