Very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything to me so I understood what they were doing, why, and how much it would cost. They are also good at answering any questions you have before your appointment. And they follow covid guidelines perfectly!

One of the best animal hospitals around! We've been taking our pup (Link) to the chicopee vet since he was weeks old. I drive 45 minutes out of my way just to bring my pup there. They're all so sweet and helpful, their always asking as many questions possible to make sure that they can diagnose what it is ailing your pet. The Dr's are always following up with phone calls after vet visits to make sure all is well. Very highly recommended
