The launch of our new website meant it was time to refresh my bio as well! It's an interesting exercise to reflect back on a career that has spanned 32 years. I have come to realize that being a general practitioner and practice owner fulfils 2 different but important roles: it satisfies my enjoyment of puzzles and problem solving and it thwarts any risk of boredom as no 2 days are ever the same!

Our veterinarians are trained and equipped to address emergency situations that may arise with your pet. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of toxins, motor vehicle accident, and chocolate ingestion. If you have a pet emergency, do not hesitate to call or come directly to the hospital.

Every year we also ask our Chicopee Hills Family to participate in our Fundraise for Farley month and we are never disappointed.
What to Expect

Patients are seen by appointment. If you arrive as a walk in, we will do our best to see you and your pet as soon as possible. However, you should understand that priority is given to clients who have a scheduled appointment. All clients are notified 24-48 hours prior to their appointment. At this time, we will remind you of any specific instructions based on the appointment reason or as per the recommendations of our doctors.

We are happy to provide you with a quotation for services in advance of your appointment. Please let the attending veterinarian know if you would like prices quoted prior to any diagnostic tests being carried out. There are many insurance options for pets. Feel free to discuss this option with any staff member.
