Had an inspection done. They said 2 hours and it was 3. This made me late for work. They are honest and give a fair price for parts that need replacing. They also give a loaner car if needed. But they were also late giving me the loaner. I came in at 8am for the repair and loaner but had to wait 2 hours for the loaner. The front staff seem friendly and don't mind explaining how the car/parts work. But their tardiness is a HUGE turnoff if you're busy that day. They also don't wear masks nor enforce customers to wear masks while indoors. I only went back so that I wouldn't have to spend another

Best Auto place ever!!! They took the time to really help me understand what is happening and needs to happen with my vehicle not pulling the wool over my eyes cause I am a female like 100% of the dealerships and auto shops I have dealt with before. They do not try to upsell you on stuff your vehicle does not need. I love this place and will go back again and again. Keep up the great work everyone!!!
