I went back for a follow-up because I was experiencing some pain after an extraction. I wanted to ensure it was just normal discomfort from the procedure and not a sign of infection or any other issue. I was in and out within 10 minutes, even though I showed up at 5 pm. Great service!

Everything was excellent...no waiting.... professional, friendly staff. I will certainly make then my forever go to people. They are participants in the Canadian Dental Care Plan....which in that one visit saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them and the dental plan.

If one can to rate a dental clinic as great, I have to say the staff were so friendly & made the whole episode as painless as possible. I broke a part of a tooth last week & needed a dentist. As I don't have a regular dentist I phoned around to see who could see me. I tried a well advertised clinic first & had to leave a message which even today 3 days later has not been acknowledged. My second call was to Timberlands whose ad I had heard on the radio.

I made a appointment for the next morning, & the filling was replaced without too much stress or pain. Thanks to Lindsay the tech & the dentist who were great. I appreciated the info on the government dental program to which I have now applied Thanks again everybody at Timberlands, no doubt I will see you again. (not too soon I hope).

I had an excellent experience here! I called several places in Red Deer and nearby areas to get help with my toothache, and they got me in the fastest. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be returning!

I have been to Timberlands a few times. The receptionists are amazing. Dr Janabi was great. He went over my procedure thoroughly, his assistant was very gentle. The clinic itself is inviting, clean and water available to drink. Best clinic I have been to since leaving BC. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you to everyone there for making my visits stress free.
