Do you accept emergency pet cases?
We refer emergency cases to Paramount 24-Hour Animal Hospital but provide urgent care during operating hours for established patients.
What are your office hours?
We operate Monday 7:30am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-6pm. Surgery drop-offs start at 7:30am daily with pick-ups between 3-5pm.
Do you offer payment plans?
We provide financial assistance options and recommend pet insurance. Payment is required at time of service with multiple financing alternatives available.
Are your veterinarians licensed?
All our veterinarians hold active licenses from the College of Veterinarians of Alberta with specialized training in their respective fields.

This veterinarian was recommended to us and thought we would give it a shot. We won't be going anywhere else now. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are wonderful. Very transparent with their services in a timely fashion. Crazy thing is we've never met the veterinarian, but trust them. They've taken amazing care of both our cat Mako and our puppy Penny.

Took my cat here to get spayed and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and informative, I got a reminder call and instructions a few days before. Check in was clear and easy, you don't go in to the clinic with covid protocols, and pick up was the same. The surgery itself seemed to go great, the incision was small and clean, and it healed perfectly. Quinn seemed unbothered by the procedure and was back to her quirky self almost immediately. I appreciate the affordability and the microchipping, highly recommend!
