Reasonable price. My daughter's hair cut was awesome with the senior hairstylist, but I was disappointed with my haircut that was done by a junior. I mean I should've not expect too much from a junior hairstylist anyway. It's just it was bad, nobody noticed that I even got a haircut even though it was 5-6 inches shorter.

I simply never left the salon feeling wow about my hair. Perhaps I should have tried a different stylist instead of going to the same one consistently. For the price I pay, I expect more. I regret tipping over 20% on hundreds of dollars to still feel unimpressed when I leave.

Nicole gave me the best haircut I have had since the pandemic started. She took the time to come outside and take a comprehensive look at me before she started. I love my cut and I loved talking to her. I never give 5 stars but would make this 4.5 if I could.

Ive been a client of Nicole G since 2018, when she did my make-up for prom! But I messaged her for a last-minute balayage appointment and she got me in the next week! Nicole works quickly (the entire appointment took ~3.5 hours) and has an amazing personality. We talked like old friends I have long and dark hair with a previous balayage that needed to be retoned Nicole matched the colour I wanted and made sure it highlighted my face. Will definitely visit her again when Im in Vancouver!

Great staff, always give me a great haircut too! Michelle is really great so I highly recommend getting a cut from her! Sper covid safe in my opinion- protocols were followed very well throughout!
