Queck & Associates Law Office offers exceptional, yet down to earth, legal assistance. Our office opened in Sherwood Park in 2013, and we continue to provide sound, professional, and calculated direction in the areas of Divorce, Family, and Criminal law. We have a team of lawyers who have a passion for not only helping people but also providing knowledgeable, reliable legal services and advice.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta, Darren Queck has been serving people in the greater Edmonton since 2010. He combines compassion with common sense to his practice in the fields of Family Law, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.

Darren has a strong belief in continuing education, for both lawyers and staff, that keeps the office current with the trends and developments impacting the practice of law in those areas upon which we focus.Practice areas: Family Law, Adoptions, Child Custody, Divorce, Visitation Rights, Guardianship, Wills and Probate, Trusts, and Real Estate.

Michelle Karasinski has been practicing primarily family law since she became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 2012. She articled with a general practice firm and has experience in many areas but found that family law was the area where she could really get to know her clients and make a difference in people's lives.

Kim offers her clients over 18 years of practice experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from Augustana University College, and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2000 from the University of Alberta. She is currently a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Prior to law school, Kim worked as a social worker assisting clients in obtaining financial benefits through social assistance, employment counseling, and obtaining child support.Following Law School Kim practiced in the area of personal injury, insurance defence and Worker's Compensation. Eventually she moved into a general practice as staff counsel with Legal Aid.

Kelsey was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta. She moved to Edmonton in 2007 to complete her post-secondary education, completing both her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta. While in law school, she volunteered with the Student Legal Services Criminal Law Project and participated in an internship at the Youth Criminal Defence Office.
