Best laser hair removal!! I was scared to go at first but it was honestly so quick and didnt hurt at all! The results have been amazing as well!! 10/10 would recommend! Especially Tiana she is the best!!

Poorly run business with non-existent customer service.
Purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Over the span of a month, I called 10+ times, left multiple voicemails, and sent 5 emails to book my first appointment. Calls and emails were never returned. I've never experienced this type of total lack of communication. Ending up asking for a refund from Groupon.
Unfortunate, as other reviews are positive about the actual service.. but what's the point if it's impossible to make an appointment?

This is my favourite laser spa in Vancouver. I have been coming here for a few years and my technician Mary is really good. She is knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable. She is very experienced with lasers. I have had my underarms and lower legs done-with awesome results. The laser they use is effective and doesn't hurt .If you are needing laser-look no further than AFUS.

Did have treatment today and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They probably have one of the best laser in a town. No pain, or any other discomfort. Highly recommended.

Find Olga if you need laser hair removal. She is the best technician. FYI, for now, she has very limited availability - only available on Saturday.
Improvement/recommendation - I wish they offer online appointment booking. Currently we can only book appointment over the phone or in person. (They don't answer the phone often and they don't always reply back after go leave a voice message)

This place is amazing.
Mary the technician is such a sweetheart. She's quick and thorough and appointments there are a breeze and enjoyable at the same time. Over the last 10 years I have tried several different places for laser, and this place is by far my favourite.

Have gotten two laser hair area treatments here and I'm incredibly pleased with the results! Spa is very clean, has a nice atmosphere and the staff are very kind and professional. The lady who did my laser hair removal was great and made the process super easy! Highly recommend.
