I purchased a spa from Pacific Spas after doing quite a bit of research on the various hot tub companies and spa equipment/add ons out there and I can safely say that the spa I purchased from Pacific Spas was BY FAR the best spa for your money out there. The quality and care they put into their equipment is unmatched and the customer service Ive received through the purchasing, delivery and aftercare process has been phenomenal! Rob and his team are professional, knowledgeable, honest and accommodating, and they provide a level of service that is rare nowadays. I highly recommend purchasing

We contacted Rob from Pacific Spas and told him that an inline gate valve in our 2008 Calypso hot tub had broken. He informed us that he would be in our area late the next day. He showed up just as he said he would. Rob worked tirelessly into the evening for 3 hours removing and replacing the valve and had it in perfect working condition. His workmanship was exceptional and the invoice was more than reasonable. I would recommend Rob and his company for any and all of your hot tub requirements. I have since contacted Rob for replacement neck pillows and drink tray. His price and delivery of these

He was right on the mark and I am very appreciative of his efforts to help me
