I had received both a letter online and by mail requesting documents that I believed Andrew had already submitted to the CRA. I sent them by rapid mail with signature on delivery which I have a copy of. Another four weeks later and I'm still in the 'reassessment in progress' phase. It's already been five months since this started. There's still the chance that I'll have to start this process all over with an actual accountant and of course, more money will have to be spent. I have found out the hard way that a recommendation from a friend or a seeming

Took all my papers and didnt do anything for two months, didnt answer or return my calls. I had to go in person to collect my documents and find someone else. Terrible experience that had detrimental effects on my finances.
