I have been going to CRR for 2 years now, and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else ever again. Donna knows how hair works! I have a lot of trouble with my cowlicky, fluffy fine hair and she tames it sooooo well. Watching her work is amazing, she's got a lot of technique and finesse and I always leave happy for 2 reasons. Reason 1: Hair looks amazing. Reason 2: Donna is cool as hell and I love hanging with her while she works on my hair - she also likes great music which is an added bonus ontop of all the other bonuses . Thanks Donna!!

Was hoping to shorten my long hair and thin out some of the volume. I thought that I had communicated well with Donna but ended up with a haircut that looked a lot like hers. Hmmm- not what I wanted.

I just spend a gorgeous afternoon with the best salon in centre town Ottawa. Michelle has been cutting my hair and styling it for almost 2 years. She has an amazing talent and a bubbly personality. She is customer oriented and I always leave with exactly the style I want. She has taken my fine limp hair to a stylist head of hair with bounce. From the time you walk into the salon you are treated with the full service with a fresh brewed coffee and biscotti. The salon has a beautiful antique charm with a touch of glam. Owner Donna is a charming classy lady that makes every client feel like a special

I recently tried this salon on a whim and had my hair done by Michelle. I really appreciated the time that she took with the consultation and cut. Also, she was kind enough to give me some pretty great pointers on how to style my hair which will go far in making me look less like a crazy person! I liked the overall vibe in the place and Michelle was really nice and upbeat. I say give this place a try! I will definitely be returning! As an extra selling point my husband actually noticed I got my hair cut (which NEVER happens) and he loved it! Plus the products she used passed his smell and touch
