For HP 02 error "Missing or Damaged" or "Expired Ink" alerts, return to Printer Refillers, the chip may have fail and may need replacing. For streaking or no ink on paper, perform Nozzle/Printhead clean. For "Missing or Damaged" message, return to Printer Refillers and request weight check. For 564/920 quality issues, leave cartridges in printer for 48 hours to allow ink to fully absorb into foam, then retest.

To install your cartridge remove clip (orange or black etc.) and/or pull tape tab from the ink cartridge (if applicable). If you have purchased the correct cartridge for your printer there is no reason for it not to fit. Our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are the same as the OEM. Also, toner cartridges can also be difficult to install for many people (including us).
