Anna Tamir is Barrister & Solicitor, licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law Schoo l in 2007 with an LL.B degree. Anna was called to the Ontario Bar in the year 2008, upon completion of her articles with a criminal defence firm Neuberger Rose LLP (now Neuberger and Partners) in Toronto, Ontario.

Ontario residents are obligated to pay HST on legal fees and on some of the disbursements. This means that lawyer will collect HST on the client's behalf and then will remit it to the government via the law firm account. Lawyer's statement of account must always include an HST Number. Calla, the white Jindo

Calla is a white Jindo, adopted in March of 2018 via an Ontario non-profit organization called Free Korean Dogs. Calla was rescued from a high kill shelter in Paju, Korea. She is an affectionate, friendly and cheerful, and she loves to be around people. Calla's presence has a relaxing and uplifting effects on clients suffering from various anxiety conditions, including both pre existing PTSD and accident related PTSD.

I acknowledge that it was explained to me that I have several options in retaining counsel, including a retainer based on hourly fees, contingency fee as well as retainers with counsel outside this Firm. I was explained that different counsel may have different hourly rates and that contingency fee rates may also vary.
