An occupational in-home assessment is performed at the patient's residence to analyze pre-injury activities of day to day living. This includes personal care, housekeeping, home maintenance, transportation and community management. This assessment allows us to evaluate the patient's abilities and make recommendations regarding safety concerns for the claimant with their daily living activities.
