There's a lot to be said about learning by example. To the student, it teaches lessons that cannot be taught from a book. As young men, brothers Paul and Brian Savoia would often accompany their father Rocco - a veteran in the plumbing and heating business - to the job site. His dedication to his craft and determination to customer service was something that would rub off on the impressionable teens.
