We bought a Niagara Pines home in 2016. It was a resale - 6 months old. Paul has treated us as if we had built the home ourselves. He has fixed any issue that has come up (there hasnt been many because its a great quality home). The after sales service was incredible. He truly cares about the work that he does and his name and reputation means more to him than just churning out stock homes to make money. I would highly recommend Paul and his team. If you want to view a Niagara Pines home, to see the quality of the build, call Paul. Our place is always open for him to showcase his work.
