Avoid this company. Theyre a bunch of non-responsive flakes who promise one thing but then never show up. And if you try calling them, they hang up on you and then ignore your calls. Now were left scrambling to find someone else to open our pool.

Having been Pool owners for many decades, we can honestly say we are quite familiar with the various types of Pool Service available. There is no Company that has the level of experience, professionalism and knowledge than Niagara Pools of which it's owner Robert George takes great pride in. I have refereed them to other pool owners who also agree and have opted to use Niagara Pools for all their pool needs including repairs and newly built pools. There is no one who is more honest, caring, integral, dependable and reasonable than Robert George is about his customers.

Rob and his team are professional, clean and offer great value. I have recommended them to my family and neighbours and everyone has the same experience.
Rob gets to know each pool owner and their pool, and brings with him helpful information to make sure that your pool operates perfectly at the best cost possible. I did opening and closing, plus full service for the season. My pool was perfect for the whole summer. Thank you, Niagara Pools Inc.

Rob and his crew have been fantastic! We had our pool liner replaced and our pool closed by Niagara Pools. Rob did an excellent job. The process was smooth and I would absolutely hire Niagara Pools again for any pool needs. I'm so glad I found Rob because I got fed up dealing with Boldt Pools and Spas. Thank you, Rob!

I highly recommend Robert and his crew at Niagara pools. Ive used them for a number of years now for everything related to my pool, and I found them to be very accommodating, and professional. Questions are answered in a very timely manner, and the pricing is much more affordable than some other pool companies in Niagara.
