Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal and neurological conditions through evidence-based treatments. We employ manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities like TENS and ultrasound to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Each treatment plan is customized to meet individual recovery goals.
Neuro-Physiotherapy
Specialized treatment for neurological disorders including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and peripheral nerve damage. Our NDT-certified therapists use targeted exercises and mobility training to improve neuromuscular control, balance, and coordination for patients with central nervous system impairments.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular rehabilitation addresses dizziness and balance disorders through customized exercise programs. We treat conditions like BPPV and cervicogenic dizziness using specialized assessments and therapeutic interventions to improve stability and reduce vertigo symptoms.
Aquatic Physiotherapy
Therapeutic pool sessions leverage water's buoyancy to facilitate low-impact movement for chronic pain management and mobility restoration. Our trained therapists guide patients through aquatic exercises that enhance joint flexibility and muscle strength in a supportive environment.
Therapeutic Massage
Registered massage therapists provide deep tissue, Swedish, and myofascial release techniques to alleviate muscle tension and chronic pain. This service includes prenatal massage and trigger point therapy to address specific musculoskeletal conditions and promote overall relaxation.

Cant say enough awesome things about this place, very family like atmosphere, everyone who works there treats you perefectly and they all know their stuff, the qualifications speak for themselves but the way they treat you and your injuries is 10 star plus, i have been a client since October 2011since my major MVA and was told by the surgeons that my future was bleak with a poor chance of good recovery, Marek and his staff worked extremely hard with me and of course so did i and together we beat the odds, im not 100% and never will be but there's a very long list of physical things i was told would
