A cancellation that is made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled massage price, and a "failure to show" may be charged the full price of the session. All fees will be due prior to any further bookings with our therapists ~ please keep in mind that this charge is not covered by your insurance plan, as no service was provided.
