I was a client for 8 years. Called Monday because of a sore on my dog's paw. Told a 4 week wait. Thank God I took her to the Peterborough Emergency Vet, as they diagnosed her with cancer and had to amputate part of her paw. Had I waited 4 weeks, it would have proven fatal. I have found a new vet whose wait time is just a few days,. not 4 weeks

I had a ridiculously high quote for necessary dental surgery from another Vet Office. I called to get a quote for the surgery from English Line that my Dog needs based on a neighbor's recommendation. I was told that they would not accept any new cleints, due to covid-19. I explained that the quote I had received from another vet was way too high and I was unable to afford it. I also explained that my Dog requires this surgery as without it he will eventually die. Her reply:"You have a Vet". This doesn't seem like an office that cares about animals. No compassion.

When I moved to this area six years ago I had to leave behind the vet that I had dealt with for more than 20 years. I never though that I would find another that I would be as happy with, but then I discovered English Line. The vets and staff are amazing, very caring and accommodating. So glad I found them as I know my fur babies will be well cared for.

Best veterinarians around. They really care for your fluffy, furry loved ones!! Took my Sasha in with an emergency and did an amazing job looking after her. I really thought I was going to loose her, would have if they couldn't take her in that's for sure. Very lucky to have such great service
