As first time home buyers we really were unaware of all the steps involved. A referral from our agent led us to Chera Law Office and it has been an amazing experience! We hired Ravdeep Chera as our lawyer when we sold our condo in Scarborough, and when we bought a house. Then we refinanced to a different mortgage company, and we hired him again. He communicates very clearly, is easy to get along with, pays close attention to every detail, did everything we asked, replied VERY quickly to emails (usually within a few minutes, and even as late as 9pm), and his price was very reasonable. So I see no reason not to give 5 stars!
