For all legal fees on a purchase, sale or mortgage/refinance, please contact our lawyers for information. Many purchasers are unaware of their obligation to pay Land Transfer Tax to the Province of Ontario on registration of their Deed. The rate of tax is based on the purchase price and is on a sliding scale.
