I've been so happy with my experience with everyone at MCRL. Josh worked with me to get my products exactly the way I wanted and answered all my questions. We must have exchanged 100 emails! He even invited me to the warehouse to see all their samples. The production was fast and shipping was easy too. Jamie made sure my books got to me safely and followed up after delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. The quality is absolutely amazing too. I recently ordered a second printing of 1500 hardcover copies of my graphic novel ON BEING YUKIKO from MCRL. I decided not to reprint with my original Canadian printer because of some printing issues they had made. Therefore, I knew I had to find a new printer for this second run of books. When I learned about MCRL, I was excited to work with them… and I liked that they are based in Canada since transactions can be in Canadian funds. After receiving a few quotes from other printers, MCRL came in over 25% cheaper overall. As well, the team at MCRL were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout

When I was deciding which manufacturer to use, I chose MCRL, and Im so glad I did! I love how they have products made from partially recycled paper, and let you customize each product fully.
