Deep Tissue Massage
Report
Deep tissue massage aims to decrease chronic tension throughout muscles in the body. It is also known to help increase flexibility and range of motion and aid in improving posture. Deep tissue massage is often uncomfortable, and the therapist should only work as deep as the client is comfortable with.
Pre-Natal Massage
Report
Pre-natal massage is a modified version of Swedish massage. Therapists make sure that the baby is safe and that the mother is comfortable during the treatment. The treatment is modified as deep tissue work should not be attempted on pregnant women. If you're pregnant and would like to relax your muscles and body, contact us today to book your pre-natal massage.
