Ben graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1979. Ben later founded Apprise Limited in 1988 after earning his appraisal designation that same year. Ben has nearly 40 years of real estate appraisal experience with expertise in both residential and commercial properties. He has also previously worked in construction management, real estate sales, and property management.
Daniel graduated from the The University of Western Ontario in 2010. Daniel began his career as a professional accountant earning his Certified Management Accountant designation in 2012. In 2014 Daniel transitioned into real estate valuations and later earned his appraisal designation in 2018. Daniel is also a licensed real estate salesperson.
