My daughter and I went to get a haircut and had a lovely time!! The stylists did a beautiful job and were so professional but easy to talk to. The salon was impeccably clean and followed all Covid protocols. My new favourite salon! And great haircuts to boot!!

I have been getting my haircuts from Cheryl ever since I moved to Victoria in 2018, and I do not intend to switch to a different studio anytime soon! Having dry curly hair, it's really hard to find a stylist that understands how to handle my hair, and Cheryl proved totally up to the challenge and gave me the best haircut I've had, and she does it consistently. Came here recently for a hair colour and was quoted a certain price over the phone but when I paid it was substantially more. They did refund part of the price which helped a bit.

I was in town for a wedding at the Empress and needed a little extra. I made some cold calls the day before and was able to schedule makeup with Roxana. It's always a little anxiety provoking trusting your face to someone you've never met. I could not have been happier with Roxana. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was extremely late to our apt and we were very short on time.
